About the Opportunity
We’re looking for passionate, self-motivated individuals who want to turn their love of travel into a rewarding and flexible career with A&A Legacy Travel.
A&A Legacy Travel is an award-winning independent travel agency, proudly part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. We specialise in luxury, tailor-made holidays and operate within an ABTA and ATOL-protected booking framework.
This opportunity allows you to work independently while receiving professional training, supplier access and ongoing support.
Important Notice
This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity, not a salaried position.
A&A Legacy Travel is a professional travel agency. This is not MLM, referral marketing or a pyramid structure. Consultants earn commission by arranging holidays for their clients, not by recruiting other people.
What We Offer
- You will receive full training and ongoing support covering systems, suppliers and compliance.
- You will have access to more than 500 approved travel suppliers worldwide, your own professional A&A Legacy Travel email address and a branded social-media identity.
- You will also receive access to our systems, tools and templates for quotations, proposals and itineraries, together with marketing and social-media guidance.
- Consultants may also access supplier training, webinars, travel events and eligible FAM trips in the UK and internationally.

What You Will Do
- You will build and manage your own client base through recommendations, referrals, networking and social media.
- You will research and create tailor-made holidays based on each client’s needs, preferences and budget.
- You will provide professional customer service from the first enquiry until the client returns home, while following A&A Legacy Travel’s compliance procedures.
Who We Are Looking For
- You must be based in the United Kingdom and have the legal right to work on a self-employed basis.
- You should be passionate about travel, organised, proactive, digitally confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Travel, hospitality, sales or customer-service experience is helpful but not essential. Applications from well-travelled individuals, mums, career changers and people returning to work are welcome.

Commission and Progression
- This is a 100% commission-based role.
- Customer payments are processed securely through Hays Travel.
- Consultants invoice monthly after supplier commission has been received, not when the client will travel.
