Join us as a Index Structurer in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)!

Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Index department as an International Graduate (V.I.E).

To support its expansion, Euronext is looking for a V.I.E - Index Structurer to join the team from 1 November 2026, for an initial period of 12 months, in London. You will report to the Head of Buy Side Index Structuring & Technology.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Supporting sales efforts through market research to identify growth opportunities across all trading products, while also providing client consultancy by responding to inquiries on index rules, compositions, methodologies, and data providers.
  • Designing indices, including data analysis, modeling, backtesting, rule creation, and supporting the development of marketing materials and operational handovers.
  • Automating processes to ensure consistency in internal databases and performing data quality checks.
  • Handling operational tasks such as requesting ISIN codes, making announcements to data vendors, and liaising with data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).

Your profile:

  • Masters degree, ideally in Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science with a solid foundation in finance and strong business knowledge
  • First experience with indexation, portfolio construction, financial products development or trading is a plus
  • First experience with IT systems and operational processes is a plus
  • First experience in sales and relationship management is a plus
  • Advanced skills in Python and Excel are required
  • Knowledge of database organizations, data flows and SQL queries
  • Working knowledge of market data sources (Bloomberg, Reuters, Factset)
  • Professional proficiency in English is required
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
  • Customer-oriented with a commercial mindset
  • Strong team spirit with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
