India Growth Manager
We are looking for an India Growth Manager to take ownership of Tangem's growth and commercial development in India. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building local distribution and acquisition channels, developing partnerships, and turning opportunities into measurable sales.
We are looking for someone who gets things done, can identify an opportunity, reach out to the right people, launch a test, measure the results and iterate without needing significant direction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth, business development, partnerships, sales or market expansion.
- Strong understanding of the Indian crypto/Web3 ecosystem and its key communities, creators, companies and distribution channels.
- Experience building partnerships, affiliate programs, KOL networks or other acquisition channels.
- Commercial mindset: you think in terms of sales, users, conversion and ROI, not just reach and engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with outreach and business development, you don't wait for opportunities to come to you.
- Highly organised, accountable and able to work independently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
