What are your contributions to the team?

We’re looking for an Indirect Buyer to manage procurement of non-flight-critical goods & services that keep aviation operations running. You’ll handle spend categories like facilities, IT, professional services, PPE, and MRO indirect materials. Goal: reduce cost, ensure supply continuity, and support compliance in a highly regulated aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Category Management: Own indirect spend categories.
  • Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with vendors for facility maintenance, uniforms, office supplies, IT hardware, ground transport, etc. Maintain supplier relationships + performance reviews.
  • Contracting & Compliance: Draft RFQs/RFPs, negotiate T&Cs. Ensure contracts meet aviation safety, audit, and regulatory requirements. Work with Legal/Compliance.
  • Cost Savings: Deliver year-on-year savings targets. Identify cost avoidance and process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, and Ops teams. Translate business needs into procurement specs.
  • P2P Process: Create POs, track delivery, resolve invoice discrepancies. Use ERP/SAP/Ariba as needed.
  • Risk & Sustainability: Monitor supplier risk, ESG, and business continuity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
