Indirect Procurement Coordinator (12 month FTC)
Role Priorities
- The issuance and follow-up of orders on the needs expressed by the requestor.
- Ensure the follow-up of quotes and negotiation of non-strategic purchases.
- Coordinate invoicing follow-up.
Main Responsibilities
- Fulfils simple inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget
- Makes sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available
- Prepares Commercial Bid Tabulation
- Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality; follows-up and expedites as necessary
- Supports in negotiations with vendors, within established guidelines
- Assists more senior colleagues, as requested
- Provides Administrative Support if required

Profile
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to prioritise workload and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
