Job Title: Indirect Procurement Manager
Giacom are the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing all through one platform. Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.
We're looking for an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to join our Procurement team within Commercial Finance on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing strategic supplier relationships, delivering commercial value, and supporting business growth across a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
You'll work with stakeholders across Technology, Networks, Operations, Finance, Legal, Security and Commercial teams, helping to ensure our procurement activities deliver value for money, reduce risk, and support Giacom's strategic objectives.

- Lead indirect procurement activity across categories including IT, HR and Professional Services.
- Develop sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, improve supplier value and support business objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide procurement expertise and commercial guidance.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data and reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems.
Your Experience
- MCIPS qualified or working towards qualification.
- Proven experience in indirect procurement and category management.
- Strong track record of delivering commercial value, cost savings and spend optimisation initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation, supplier management and contract management skills.
- Ability to build credible relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
- Experience of supplier governance, risk management and compliance processes.
- Experience of procurement or finance systems, ideally NetSuite, would be advantageous.
