Indirect Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing & Transformation
Glasgow | Hybrid Working | £65,000–£75,000 + Bonus + Package
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Indirect Procurement professional to join one of the UK's biggest financial services brands at a pivotal point in its transformation journey.
The business is undergoing significant change, including a major industry acquisition and subsequent integration programme. This creates a rare opportunity to join procurement at a point where strategic sourcing, supplier optimisation and commercial decision-making will have a genuine impact on the future organisation.
The Role
- Leading end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement projects across a broad portfolio of indirect spend
- Developing sourcing strategies and leading complex commercial negotiations
- Supporting major transformation and integration activity, identifying opportunities across suppliers, contracts and spend
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across a large, complex organisation
- Driving savings, supplier performance and long-term commercial value

What They're Looking For
- Strong Indirect Procurement and Strategic Sourcing experience
- Proven experience leading complex sourcing projects and supplier negotiations
- Experience within a large, complex organisation, with Financial Services or another regulated industry beneficial but not essential
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability
- An ambitious, commercially minded procurement professional keen to develop and take on more
