VAT Manager | Financial Services

Location: London

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus (OTE £95,000)

Working within a high-performing tax team, you'll gain hands-on experience across both VAT compliance and advisory matters, partnering with senior stakeholders on complex UK and international projects across EMEA and APAC. Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing UK and international VAT/GST returns.
  • Providing VAT advice on transactions, projects, and business initiatives.
  • Managing partial exemption calculations and PESM.
  • Supporting VAT process improvements and automation projects.
  • Acting as a trusted VAT advisor to the wider business.
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting senior tax leadership.

About You

  • Strong Financial Services VAT experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK VAT.
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
