Indirect Tax Manager | London | Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

If you're the person everyone comes to with their VAT questions, I'd love to speak to you.

I'm working with an international consumer goods business that's creating a brand-new Indirect Tax Manager role as part of its continued growth.

They're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the technical side of indirect tax. Someone who's just as comfortable getting into the detail of complex VAT issues as they are working with the wider business to improve processes, influence projects and make sure things are done the right way.

This isn't a role where you'll sit in a corner preparing returns. You'll be involved in cross-border VAT matters, finance transformation, systems, compliance, governance and business partnering across the EMEA region. It's a broad role with plenty of variety and the opportunity to have a genuine influence on how indirect tax operates across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
