Indirect Tax Senior Manager

Energy & Infrastructure Group
London (Hybrid | 2 days per week in Central London)

We're partnering with a leading organisation in the energy and infrastructure sector, renowned for its collaborative culture, supportive leadership and commitment to employee development.

This is a highly visible role focused on tax risk management, controls and systems transformation within a complex UK business. You'll play a key role in ensuring indirect tax requirements are embedded within business processes and major change programmes, while supporting a significant ERP transformation journey where SAP S/4HANA experience would be particularly valuable.

Key Highlights

  • Highly complex and intellectually interesting UK-focused indirect tax work.
  • Lead the indirect tax risk and controls agenda across a business with multiple arms.
  • Support ERP and finance transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA-related projects.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Operations.
  • Hybrid working with 2 days per week in a Central London office.

About You

  • Strong indirect tax (VAT) expertise.
  • CTA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Experience in risk management, tax controls and governance.
  • SAP/SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable.
