EMEA Indirect Tax Senior Manager
We are recruiting for an EMEA Indirect Tax Senior Manager based in London. Our client is a leading global tech business with a massive international footprint.
About the role
EMEA Strategy & Advisory
- Partner with the Global Indirect Tax Leader to shape indirect tax strategy across EMEA (excluding the UK), providing commercially focused guidance on VAT, cross-border transactions, and invoicing requirements.
Business Partnering & Transformation
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations to assess the tax impact of market expansion, operating model changes, and major transformation programmes.
Risk Management & Audits
- Support compliance activities alongside the Tax Reporting team, maintaining a robust control environment and leading engagements with tax authorities to manage audits and disputes.

Regulatory Change
- Navigate an evolving tax landscape by assessing and implementing the impact of e-invoicing, digital reporting requirements, and ViDA.
Customs & Import
- Provide strategic guidance on import VAT and the cross-border movement of goods, bringing in specialist external advisors where necessary.
About you
- ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong multi-jurisdictional EMEA VAT experience gained within a multinational organisation or top-tier professional services firm.
- A commercially minded business partner with a proven track record of managing tax authorities and communicating complex technical matters clearly.
- Experience with e-invoicing initiatives, digital reporting, or large-scale business transformation is highly desirable.

The Package
- Salary is £95,000 - £110,000
