About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in Tax Technology, E-Invoicing and Compliance in a highly visible Solution Consulting role.

You’ll work with some of the world’s largest multinational organisations, helping them solve complex VAT, indirect tax and transaction-processing challenges through technology.

The role sits at the intersection of:

  • Indirect Tax
  • Technology
  • Customer Consulting
  • Enterprise SaaS

It is particularly well suited to someone from Big 4, indirect tax consulting, tax technology, ERP/finance transformation, or a multinational tax team who enjoys working with clients and wants to move into a more strategic and commercial role.

You do not need to already be an experienced pre-sales Solution Consultant.

Strong indirect tax knowledge, confidence with customers and an interest in technology are the most important things.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll act as the Indirect Tax and Technology expert throughout the enterprise sales process, working closely with Sales teams across EMEA.

You will:

  • Work with Tax Directors, Heads of Tax, Finance and Technology teams at large multinational organisations
  • Understand customers’ existing VAT, tax and finance processes
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve indirect tax processes
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, presentations and product demonstrations
  • Translate complex tax requirements into practical technology solutions
  • Build tax use cases around real customer scenarios
  • Support solution design, proposals and business cases
  • Advise customers on areas such as tax determination, VAT compliance, transaction flows and reporting
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and implementation teams
  • Support webinars, events and internal training
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on developments in indirect tax and tax technology

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
