Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Individual Giving and Legacy Manager role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead fundraising efforts, build supporter relationships, and develop legacy gifting programmes within a vital charity organisation committed to making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the organisation’s individual giving portfolio, including donor cultivation, retention, and growth strategies.
- Lead the planning and delivery of legacy fundraising programmes, inspiring supporters to leave lasting gifts.
- Organise and deliver donor engagement events aimed at cultivating relationships and increasing support.
- Create compelling copy and digital content to promote fundraising campaigns and supporter communications.
- Analyse financial and supporter data to inform targeted outreach and maximise income.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement strategies and optimise supporter journeys.
- Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Contribute to the development of organisational infrastructure and supporter databases to improve data quality and segmentation.
- Support wider fundraising initiatives and participate in strategy development as needed.

Person Specification
- Proven experience managing individual giving programmes, legacy campaigns, or comparable supporter fundraising activities.
- Strong digital literacy, including experience producing engaging content across various platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop insights for strategic decision-making.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Open to innovation and willing to explore new approaches to supporter engagement and fundraising.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

What’s on Offer
- Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office (office not easily accessible by public transport)
