Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is looking to appoint an Individual Giving Manager to join the Development Office on a permanent basis

Salary: £33,951 - £39,906 per annum (discretionary to £43,482 per annum), pro rata for part time and depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. Grade 6 of the University Salary scale. In addition, Wadham College also pays full-time staff a further £1,730 Oxford Weighting per annum. The role holder will be paid a one-off payment of £1,000 upon the successful completion of their probationary period.

Building on Wadham’s excellent track record in fundraising, Wadham College has ambitious plans to build on the foundations created by our Access to Excellence campaign. Our new Individual Giving Manager will play an important role in shaping the future of the College and building on our creative success.

The deadline for receipt of applications is 12 noon on 17 August 2026. We are seeking to appoint a resourceful, motivated and creative candidate to manage the College’s regular-giving communications, strategic fundraising and stewardship for priority projects throughout the year. Wadham encourages applicants with a strong background in communications or marketing to apply and some fundraising experience would be desirable.

The working hours are full time (notional 37.5 hours a week)
