Join a well-established charity team in London and play a key role in growing and nurturing individual donor support. This is a fixed-term opportunity where you’ll immediately contribute to live campaigns, with the potential to move into a longer-term role. You’ll use your marketing skills to strengthen donor relationships and drive income through targeted individual giving activity.

About the Role:

You will support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of individual giving campaigns across direct mail, email, and digital channels over an initial 3-month contract, with possible temp-to-perm employment. Working closely with fundraising and data teams, you’ll help ensure campaigns are insight-led, donor-focused, and aligned to income targets. Your work will directly impact donor retention, acquisition, and overall supporter engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver individual giving campaigns across mail, email, and digital channels to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Create and adapt compelling copy and content for fundraising appeals, newsletters, and supporter journeys.
  • Coordinate campaign production, including briefing designers, liaising with external suppliers, and managing approvals.
  • Set up and schedule email and digital campaigns, ensuring accurate segmentation and personalisation.
  • Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics tools, producing clear reports and recommendations.
  • Support donor stewardship activity, including tailored communications to improve retention and lifetime value.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records and supporter information in relevant databases and tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with wider fundraising activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
