Salary: £35,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)

Location: Hybrid or Remote (quarterly team meetings in London)

Closing date: Monday 14th September

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, 7% pension, access to support services


We are delighted to be supporting Lupus UK on their search for an Individual Giving Officer to manage their regular giving fundraising campaigns. Lupus UK is the only national charity supporting people living with lupus and those who care for them. The charity has an ambitious vision of a world where people with lupus can live full and active lives through support, awareness, and research.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Individual Giving Officer to play a key role in growing supporter engagement and fundraising income. You will help deliver multi-channel fundraising campaigns, nurture relationships with donors, enhance the supporter journey, and use data-driven insights to strengthen donor retention and long-term support.

To be successful as the Individual Giving Officer, you will need:

  • Experience delivering individual giving fundraising campaigns within the charity sector.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling supporter-focused fundraising content.
  • Experience using CRM or supporter databases, with the ability to analyse data and apply insights to improve fundraising activity.
  • Strong organisational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and steward donors effectively.
