Hours of Work and Working Pattern
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
- Working Pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.65 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

About the Role
The Skylark Federation is seeking an Individual Needs Assistant to join our welcoming and friendly school at Barcombe. The role would primarily involve working with one child, supporting them with their learning within a classroom setting.
Training: Training will be provided prior to working with the child so that the successful candidate will be able to provide excellent care, follow all the correct procedures and policies for the child's care.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with class teachers, support assistants, and outside agencies to support the child.
- Promote well-being and improve attendance and attainment.
Working Hours: 8.30 am until 3.15 pm, term time only.
