students? We are on the lookout for a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to be
the guiding force behind a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. This

Beyond Routine Support: Our INAs play a pivotal role in providing essential
support during classes and being a comforting presence during unforeseen
challenges. You are the cornerstone of support, ensuring that every student
navigates their educational journey with confidence.

work. As an INA, you'll work closely with colleagues to create a cohesive and

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Grade: LPS SS 3 = £25,614 (fte)
Actual Salary: £19,587.80 pro-rata gross annually, £1632.32 gross per month
Hours: 32.75 hours per week - Mondays 8.45am – 4.30pm, Tuesdays to Fridays
8.45am – 3.00pm (inc a 30-minute unpaid break daily)
Contract: Term time only / fixed term until August 2027 in the first instance
