KWS UK Ltd. Industrial Placement
KWS UK Ltd. is looking for a talent to join our breeding station for a 15-Month Industrial Placement starting from July 2027 to September 2028. This opportunity will be based in Thriplow near Cambridge. This job is full-time (35h/week).
Want to see how your knowledge applied in the real work? Our talented Team is willing to train you and develop your skills. Your student placement experience will be varied, interesting and intensive, giving you the opportunity to work across a wide range of crops.

- Help you maximise your opportunity to learn and develop
- Provide a bespoke, extensive training programme, which may include industry qualifications such as NPTC Pesticide application courses
- Train you in the use of a range of agricultural machinery and equipment
- Give you the opportunity to gain an insight into a successful plant breeding company
Your profile
- Be studying for an agriculture/plant breeding related degree
- Have enthusiasm and interest in agriculture, preferably plant breeding
- Appreciate our brand values (Team Spirit, Closeness and Trust, Vision and Independence)
- Be committed to learning, the placement and most of all, our success
- Be a flexible team player
- Hold a full driving license
