Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Cleaner & Window Cleaner role based in Doncaster. The position involves carrying out industrial and factory cleaning, including production lines, high-level areas, and specialist environments, while following health and safety procedures and site-specific guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include window cleaning (internal and external), cleaning offices, department stores, supermarkets, computer suites, void areas, carpets, and other commercial spaces to agreed standards. The role requires the safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, working at height where necessary, and completing scheduled cleaning tasks on time. The Industrial Cleaner & Window Cleaner will be expected to maintain a professional attitude, work closely with supervisors and colleagues, and ensure that client premises are consistently clean, safe, and well-presented.

Qualifications

- Experience in commercial and contract cleaning, with the ability to maintain high standards across varied environments.
- Proficiency in window cleaning, including working with window cleaning equipment and techniques for different building types.
- Ability and training to work safely at height, following all relevant health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices, including safe use of cleaning machinery, chemicals, and personal protective equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions accurately.
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in busy environments.
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., health and safety, working at height) are an advantage.
