About The Role
An Industrial Disease Lawyer is sought by a specialist litigation team in Cheshire, offering a permanent position with a salary between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum. The role involves managing a varied caseload of claims from inception to conclusion, providing clear legal advice, and ensuring rigorous compliance with statutory legislation, the Civil Procedure Rules, and case law. Candidates must possess at least three years’ PQE handling such claims, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and meet billing targets. Overview
- Manage a varied caseload of Industrial Disease claims from inception through to conclusion.
- Deliver clear, practical legal advice while ensuring exceptional standards of client care.
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislation, the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law.
- Manage competing deadlines and achieve billing targets within a performance driven environment.
- Suitable for Lawyers with a minimum of 3 years' experience handling Industrial Disease claims.
- Proven ability to manage files independently from start to finish.
- Strong litigation experience and technical knowledge of Industrial Disease matters are essential.
- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills required.
- Strong attention to detail with a sound understanding of compliance requirements, professional conduct and accounts rules.
