Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Office Based
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission, Team Overrides & Benefits
Lead the Growth of a New Industrial Division
Apex Resources is an established multi-sector recruitment agency with 9 branches across the UK. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an ambitious Industrial Division Manager to spearhead the growth of a brand-new Industrial division from our Head Office in Watford.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants to build something of their own while benefiting from the backing of an established national recruitment business. You'll have full market autonomy to develop the Industrial division, win new business, recruit your own team and shape the future of the department.
We're looking for someone with the ambition to build a high-performing division rather than simply manage an existing desk. You'll be given the freedom, support and resources to grow a successful team while benefiting from exceptional earning potential through personal billings, team performance and management overrides.

- Launching and developing our Industrial division from our Head Office in Watford.
- Winning new business and securing long-term recruitment partnerships across the UK.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle while building your own client portfolio.
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing Recruitment Consultants as the division grows.
- Creating and implementing a strategy for the continued expansion of the Industrial division.
- Driving team performance, coaching consultants and developing future leaders.
- Managing key client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Working closely with senior management to achieve ambitious growth plans.
What We're Looking For
We're open to recruiters from all levels who can demonstrate the ambition, commercial mindset and ability to grow a successful division.
To be considered you will have:
- Previous 360 recruitment experience.
- A proven track record of winning new business.
- Experience recruiting within one or more of the following sectors:
- Industrial
- Logistics
- Manufacturing
- Production
- Warehouse
- Facility Management
- Maintenance
- Hospitality
- Strong leadership qualities with the desire to build and develop a successful team.
- A commercially driven mindset and passion for growing a business.

- Competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission paid up to 25% flat.
- Team override commission, rewarding you for developing a successful division.
- £5,000 annual forecast bonus.
