Role Description
CXControls is seeking an experienced and fully qualified Industrial Electrician to join our team in Mochdre, North Wales.

The successful candidate will build and test industrial control panels and equipment, test new electrical installations and help supervise the day-to-day activities of a busy workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, wire and test industrial control panels and associated equipment.
- Inspect and test new electrical installations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with BS 7671:2018 and relevant industry standards.
- Supervise workshop activities and support effective workload coordination.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
- Support the company’s NICEIC compliance requirements.
- Produce and maintain accurate inspection, testing and certification records.

Essential Requirements
Candidates must hold:
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation.
- AM2 qualification.
- Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations.
- Current working knowledge of BS 7671:2018.
- City & Guilds 2391 inspection and testing qualification, or an equivalent qualification.
Candidates must also have:
- Experience testing new electrical installations.
- Experience building and testing industrial control panels and equipment.
- The ability to supervise a busy workshop.
- The experience and technical competence required to act as, or develop into, an NICEIC Qualifying Manager.
