Join a forward-thinking site as an Industrial Engineer, supporting the ongoing optimisation and standardisation of manufacturing processes. This is a hands-on, analytical position ideally suited for engineers interested in workflow improvement, process modeling, and ergonomic design.

Your Impact

  • Assist with the design, improvement, and installation of integrated manufacturing systems
  • Create standard work methods and optimise production line workflows
  • Design safe and efficient workstations utilising ergonomic and plant layout principles
  • Evaluate work content, perform work measurement, and contribute to line balancing
  • Support cost analysis on make versus buy decisions
  • Use digital tools to simulate processes and inform continuous improvements
  • Drive process documentation, health and safety, and standards compliance
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure efficient and sustainable processes

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or a related field
  • Foundational experience or education in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering
  • Analytical mindset with well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and partner effectively across teams
  • Understanding of ergonomic and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Values differences and supports an inclusive team ethos

Other Information

  • Standard daytime office hours (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm)
  • Initial travel requirements would be up to 25% in the first 12 months for training purposes, reducing to no more than 10% afterward
