Industrial Engineer

🚀 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and improve manufacturing and operational processes
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend effective solutions
- Develop efficient workflows, production methods, and facility layouts
- Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process analysis
- Support Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Monitor productivity, capacity, quality, and operational performance
- Use data to identify opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Develop process documentation, reports, and performance metrics
- Support implementation of standardized processes and operational improvements

🎓 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience in manufacturing, production, industrial operations, or process engineering
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Process Optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
