We exclusively represent a high-profile global leader in abatement and pump systems for the semiconductor industry, seeking an experienced tooling and industrial engineering engineer to play a pivotal role within their service organisation.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the global tooling and industrial engineering strategy, governance framework, and long-term roadmap.
- Define global tooling standards, engineering principles, and operational methodologies that support safe and efficient service operations.
- Manage the full tooling lifecycle, including concept, design principles, certification, compliance, availability, and retirement.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of tooling databases, management platforms, and ordering systems.
- Partner with digitalisation and IT teams to define business requirements for tooling-related digital solutions.
- Support product and service readiness by applying design-for-tooling principles during new product introduction.
- Develop standards for engineering KPIs, productivity measurement, and capacity planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, standard work, and service execution.
- Build and maintain a global knowledge framework for tooling, documentation standards, and best-practice sharing.

Required Experience

- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a focus on mechanical design or manufacturing and/or relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or service environments, preferably with industrial equipment or rotating machinery.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working effectively across cultures and functions.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to create clear processes and drive continuous improvement.
- A results-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering outcomes that support safety, quality, and productivity.
