Job Title
Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Industrial Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our industrial facilities. You will be joining our Workplace Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14.
About Us
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering, and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education, and office environments.
Job Overview
Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site, including:
- Industrial equipment
- Floors
- Work areas
- Handling specialized cleaning tasks
You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
We are offering a Permanent role x 37.5 hours per week:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm
- Friday: 8am – 4pm

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who, alongside the key criteria below, will sign up to our values of Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge, and Deliver Excellence and will be determined to maintain the confidence of our clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Cleaning of the paint booths & toilet facilities
- Sweeping & mopping factory floor
- High-level cleaning using machinery, including a scrubber
- Removing tank coolant and cleaning out machine tanks
- Quick response to client requests
- Must be physically fit due to the nature of the job
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with health & safety and COSHH regulations
