MRICS Newly Qualified Surveyor / Senior Surveyor

Investment Agency – Market-Leading Niche Agency

Location: Soho

Sector: Industrial & Logistics / Office

Given market conditions, this is a rare opportunity for a newly qualified MRICS Investment Surveyor / Agent to join a highly respected, market-leading investment agency. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, working across a variety of investment transactions.

Key Highlights:

  • Join a well-established agency with an exceptional client base and reputation.
  • Exposure to a wide range of transactions, including light industrial, logistics, regional offices, retail warehouses, land, alternatives, and funding deals.
  • Purely transactional role, covering acquisitions, sales, and funding across diverse asset classes.
  • Involvement in deals ranging from £5-50m single sales to £200m+ portfolios.
  • Direct client interaction and early responsibility in managing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Due Diligence:

  • Conduct detailed financial and market analysis.
  • Prepare marketing brochures and investor materials.
  • Manage inspections, interest schedules, and the legal process.

Acquisitions Due Diligence:

  • Perform financial appraisals, run cash flows and market research.
  • Draft detailed purchase reports and advisory letters.
  • Assist clients in making informed investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (investment experience preferred, but valuations background considered).
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with financial modelling is beneficial (training available).
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Office-based role, reporting to multiple Partners.
  • Competitive discretionary bonus structure with performance-based incentives.
