Description
This industrial property is improved with two rows of double volume warehouse buildings of face-brick walling up to 2.1 Metres in height extended with IBR wall cladding and fitted with steel framed glazing and industrial type steel roller garage doors under momo-pitched IBR roofing structures.
The two buildings comprise ten (10) small workshop units each unit measuring roughly 250m². The internal layout of the units is roughly similar with each unit having a cloakroom facility of plastered and painted brick walling located in the back corner of the warehouse. Unit 5 and Unit 8 are improved with internal, brick walled office sections while the office sections of the remaining units are constructed of drywall partitioning.
