Milton Hill, Oxfordshire | £24,785 per annum

This 12-month placement offers Chemical Engineering undergraduates the opportunity to work in our Manufacturing Technology team or Technology Applications and Services team based at our Global Headquarters at Milton Hill in Oxfordshire.
You will work in multi-functional teams on projects in areas such as:
- Process development and scale-up
- Plant troubleshooting and support
- Process improvement to reduce cost and waste, increase capacity, or improve product quality
- Safety management systems
You will gain valuable knowledge and expertise in:

- The challenges associated with translating processes from the lab through to commercial production
- Understanding and addressing the challenges in real-life plant issues
- Reactive chemistry and process engineering
- Working in a best-practice global organisation; working with different functions, across time zones, distance, and cultures, problem-solving, and decision-making
Placements begin in July 2027.
