We are recruiting for experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineers to join a growing engineering team, with opportunities available across the Manchester and Leeds areas.
This is a field-based role working on customer sites, carrying out the service, maintenance, and fault-finding of industrial refrigeration systems. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and be involved with some of the UK’s largest refrigeration customers.
Industrial refrigeration experience is preferred, but engineers with a strong commercial refrigeration background and a good understanding of refrigeration principles are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain industrial refrigeration systems and associated equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance work
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high engineering standard
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Provide technical information and guidance to customers on site
- Identify opportunities to improve plant reliability, safety, and efficiency
- Complete service reports and relevant documentation
- Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team
- Continue developing technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and technologies

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Refrigeration Engineer
- Relevant refrigeration qualifications
- Strong understanding of refrigeration fundamentals
- Industrial refrigeration experience preferred
- Commercial refrigeration experience will also be considered
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good customer-facing and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements
- Driving licence & F-Gas qualified
