About the Role
As an Industrial Roofing Supervisor, you will co-ordinate and supervise roofing and cladding works across multiple live projects. You’ll ensure our teams deliver high‑quality workmanship, maintain safe working practices, and meet our project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Site supervision
- Oversee daily operations, workforce co-ordination, and task allocation
- Health & Safety compliance
- Ensure all works follow our company, HSE, and legal safety standards
- Quality control
- Inspect ongoing works, identify issues, and maintain high installation standards
- Material & equipment management
- Monitor stock, deliveries, and equipment usage
- Reporting & communication
- Liaise with Principle Contractor Site Managers/Project Managers, sub-contractors, and clients
- Teams management
- Support, motivate, and guide our individual teams

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Industrial Roofing and Cladding (5 years minimum)
- Strong understanding of Industrial Roofing and Cladding including built‑up systems, composite panels, and membrane works
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full and clean UK driving licence
- SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant trade qualifications (preferred)
- Experience in Site Supervision would be desirable but not essential
