We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Industry Placement Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in helping T Level students secure meaningful industry placements that launch their future careers.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Industry Placement Coordinator, you'll work closely with students, employers, curriculum teams, and business development colleagues to ensure every student has access to a high-quality industry placement opportunity.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting students to secure industry placements aligned to their career aspirations.
  • Delivering engaging employability workshops and preparation sessions.
  • Building strong relationships with employers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting student reviews and providing ongoing support throughout placements.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for students and employers during placements.
  • Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Ensuring all placement records and compliance requirements are accurately maintained.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys working with people and can build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Essential Requirements Include

  • Level 3 qualification or above
  • Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Experience working effectively within a team
  • Good IT skills and experience using databases/systems
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Full driving licence or equivalent
