Job Description

Within Endava’s TMT segment, our Media, Entertainment & Sports (MES) group leverages deep expertise in core sports technology, media platforms, data, AI, and large-scale digital experiences. We are seeking a best-in-class Industry Solutions Director to shape and deliver Endava’s solution strategy across this high-growth vertical on a global scale.

As a senior leader, you will be accountable for defining strategically differentiated, commercially viable solutions tightly aligned with evolving client needs across, digital media, content distribution, interactive entertainment, sports technology and fan engagement. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor and hands-on solution leader during major client pursuits - co-creating compelling, deliverable solutions with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure end-to-end solution integrity, balancing innovation with feasibility and commercial outcomes, while championing the repeatability and reusability of successful solution patterns to scale our impact across markets and drive consistent value delivery.

You will contribute strategic direction on capability development and service innovation, ensuring Endava remains future-ready and competitive. Collaboration is central - you’ll work in close partnership with Client Partners and Sales, Delivery, Practices, and Capability leaders to align go-to-market efforts and pursuit strategies. Building strong, trust-based relationships with senior clients enables you to reframe complex challenges into meaningful transformation. This role is ideal for a strategic specialist who bridges deep industry domain knowledge with strong technical credibility, and who can operate confidently at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and commercial outcomes.

Solution Strategy & Capability

  • Define 3–5 go-to-market solutions per year aligned to the MES vertical strategy, covering fan engagement platforms, content monetisation, sports analytics, and immersive digital experiences.
  • Partner with Practices and Alliances to build future-ready capabilities around AI, real-time data, gamification, and audience-driven personalisation.
  • Maintain a clear backlog of market-informed solution gaps and opportunities, monitoring competitive trends across leagues, broadcasters, streaming platforms, and sports technology providers.
  • Champion repeatability and reusability of successful solution patterns, helping to scale impact across markets and clients.
  • Contribute to annual vertical planning and refresh solution themes quarterly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
