INEOS Vehicle Technician
North Oxford Garage
Salary: £34,000 - £40,000pa Basic, OTE Bonus: Up to £10,000 per annum, Additional Stretch Bonus Opportunity: Up to £10,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Saturday Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm
North Oxford Garage is looking for a skilled and motivated INEOS Vehicle Technician to join our growing aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with the exciting INEOS Grenadier brand in a modern workshop environment, with strong earning potential through our generous bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
- Adhere to all health and safety and manufacturer procedures.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Previous franchised dealership experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional standards.
- MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential.

- Competitive basic salary of £34,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
- Realistic OTE bonus opportunity of up to £10,000.
