About Us

We are Born Social, a social-first creative agency that brings brand building into the social era. We have a track record of delivering transformation for iconic brands like Guinness, Ford, and Barclays, led by our team of social natives and brand experts, underpinned by technology.

Backed by the strength of a brilliant business that's proudly B-Corp certified, we're consistently recognised as one of the best places to work.

Our Influence team brings together Born Social’s social-first creativity with Croud’s data and media expertise. We help brands move creators from campaign add-ons to strategic partners - using creator insight, cultural understanding and genuine collaboration to build stronger brand connections. It means you’ll be part of a team shifting creators from amplifiers to strategic integrators, using creator led intelligence and genuine co-creation to build brand worlds, not just deliverables.

We’re at an exciting point in our Influence journey, and we’re looking for an Influence Manager to help shape what creator partnerships look like at Born Social. This isn’t just a campaign delivery role - you’ll help brands move beyond one-off creator activations and unlock creators as genuine partners in brand building. You will report into a Senior Influence Manager, with our Head of Influence as your team lead, becoming part of a brilliant team of 10 across London and New York.

What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing & Vetting Creators

  • Using our Creator Intelligence approach, you’ll identify, research and build relationships with creators who genuinely align with our clients’ brands, audiences and objectives - from ambassador programmes to campaigns.
  • As part of this, you’ll be responsible for vetting creators to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives, and preparing compelling pitch selections for clients to buy into, with thoughtful reasoning.

Creator Briefs

  • Support Senior team in developing clear, compelling briefing documents for creators, that nail both the brilliant basics (brand education, do’s and don’ts, content inspiration) as well as creating a clear springboard for creative excellence.
  • You will be responsible in both collating these briefs, but briefing them in via call or in person, providing both clarity and creative inspiration to the creator and/or their agent.

Creator Communications & Campaign Management

  • You'll own day-to-day creator and talent agency relationships from the start of a partnership through to the end, providing them with key information, ensuring deadlines are met and building the ongoing relationship.
  • Supporting the Senior team with campaign budget management, inclusive of recommendations for deliverable optimisation or adjustments as and when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Real drive and ambition: you'll be constantly adapting to the ever-growing world of social, and we need people who have the mindset of growth as well as the ambition to get there.
  • You’ll have 1–3 years’ experience working in creator partnerships, influencer marketing or the wider creator economy (agency experience is a bonus).
