Influencer Account Manager

Role: Influencer Account Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Remote, Flexible
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

OUR MISSION

Finfluencer is a dynamic service dedicated to revolutionising how finance brands and organisations understand and engage with their customers and target audience.

We bridge the gap between influencers and their audiences, promoting financial literacy through meaningful collaborations. This part-time role offers the opportunity to be a part of an exclusive growing team and to work closely with a list of influencers educating the finance world.

You will report to experienced professionals who will provide mentorship and guidance while empowering you to bring your unique talents to the role. Our approach is collaborative, encouraging you to thrive and develop expertise in influencer marketing and account management.

The role is full-time remote, however on occasion your attendance may be required at in-person client meetings and events. Depending on your location there also are opportunities to work collaboratively in person with other members of the team on a regular basis.

OUTCOMES

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude and an interest in influencer marketing. You must speak fluent English and other European languages are desirable (French, Italian & German).

Your key skills, objectives, and responsibilities will include:

Account Management:

  • You will have a strong understanding of how the influencer world works and have experience of executing influencer campaigns.
  • You will have fluency in social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Twitch, Facebook, Pinterest etc)
  • You will understand how to use social analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, TikTok Insights, YouTube insights, etc.
  • You will have excellent knowledge of influencers, building relationships, exploring emerging trends and verticals, and know how to identify influencers.
  • You will have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Leading creative and strategic ideas sessions
  • Preparation, completion, and maintenance of internal and client-facing Media Plans and Proposals on Google Slides. Preparation of client and supplier-facing documents.
  • You will manage the conception and execution of creative and engaging influencer marketing campaigns.
  • You will be a strong and friendly communicator and can handle day-to-day communications with clients, write email updates, host update calls, present ideas, and deliver reports.
  • You feel confident going into a room independently and presenting results/strategy.
  • You will spot opportunities for the company to upsell other marketing streams, to benefit your client’s business.
  • You will continuously evaluate performance, optimise your campaigns and keep clients up to date with results as necessary, taking a proactive approach.
  • You can compile, maintain, and analyse accurate, transparent, and insightful campaign reports.
  • You will understand what ROI looks like for a client’s different objectives.
  • You will meet demanding internal & client targets in a proactive, positive and can-do manner, formulating solutions.
  • You will support your team members to learn and grow, making them feel empowered with a sense of supported ownership
  • You will be expected to manage your work independently with a Director overseeing and lightly supporting where necessary
  • Able to build rapport and feel confident speaking about the subject in an informal setting - i.e. client meet up
  • We encourage you to challenge the status quo of how Pepper Studio runs influencer campaigns.
