Grace & Stella

Grace & Stella is a fast-growing beauty brand loved for its results-driven products, playful personality, and global community. As we scale across DTC, Amazon, retail and international markets, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, elevating our creative output while increasing performance across every touchpoint.

Skincare here starts with a feel-good moment. We love the science — we're also here for the fun, the magic and the sparkle. Uncomplicated. Vegan. Cruelty-free. Built to make your skin (and your day) glow.

Because happy skin is great. Feeling good in it is even better. 💫

If that sounds like your kind of chaos, come build with us 👇

We're looking for an experienced Influencer & Advocacy Marketing Manager to join on a fixed-term maternity cover contract (approx. 12 months) and own delivery of the brand's influencer and advocacy strategy across all levels of talent, from loyal community members and customers to high-profile influencers and celebrities. You'll step into an established role, maintaining continuity across live campaigns, partnerships and agency relationships, while continuing to develop, execute and optimise influencer campaigns that build awareness, drive cultural relevance and deliver measurable commercial impact.

The role will also oversee PR agency management, ensuring that influencer and PR activity remain aligned and mutually reinforcing. You'll work closely with digital, growth, and brand marketing teams to ensure influencer partnerships continue to support brand and commercial objectives throughout the contract.

A structured handover with the current job holder will be provided in the weeks prior to the contract start date.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
