INFLUENCER & AFFILIATE LEAD – CONSUMER FINTECH
Freelance | c. £350/day | London / Remote
Liberty Hive is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing UK consumer fintech business entering an exciting new phase of growth.
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Influencer & Affiliate Lead to own and scale an established creator network, while also developing and executing creative influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
This role needs someone who can combine performance with creativity.
The business already has a network of around 200 influencers operating on an affiliate CPA model, alongside paid influencer campaigns. The opportunity is to take this further: scaling the affiliate influencer network into an increasingly efficient acquisition channel while creating influencer campaigns and content that genuinely converts.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth but have real autonomy to lead the strategy and own the channel.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and scale an existing network of around 200 affiliate influencers
- Source, vet, negotiate with, and onboard new creators
- Manage contracts, promo codes, tracking links, invoicing, and usage rights
- Build and manage ongoing creator relationships
- Develop creative influencer campaigns from initial concept and brief through to execution
- Write strong creative briefs, giving creators clear hooks, formats, and messaging while retaining their authentic voice
- Know what great social content looks like – and importantly, what is likely to convert
- Manage content approvals and ensure compliance requirements are followed
- Track performance by creator and content against CPA, ROI, and customer acquisition targets
- Identify winning creators and creative approaches and scale what works
- Use AI and automation to improve creator discovery, outreach, and reporting
- Help shape the broader influencer and social strategy

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in someone who has experience managing a large network of influencers on an affiliate/performance model, rather than someone whose background is solely traditional influencer or brand campaigns.
At the same time, this isn’t a purely performance role. You’ll need the creative experience and judgement to develop and execute influencer campaigns from brief through to delivery.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 4–6 years’ experience across influencer, creator, and social marketing
- Experience managing or scaling a sizeable affiliate influencer network
- A track record of delivering measurable commercial results through creators
- Strong creative campaign experience, from concept and briefing through to execution
- A strong eye for social content and an understanding of what drives conversion
- Confidence with CPA, ROI, growth, and efficiency metrics
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, consumer app, or DTC environment
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage a high volume of creator relationships
- An interest in AI, automation, and emerging marketing tools
- The confidence to lead strategy and own a channel independently

The business also uses an AI agent to support influencer sourcing, giving you the tools to build the network efficiently. You will, however, be expected to lead the influencer and affiliate strategy and own the channel independently.
