Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Executive
Leeds | Office Based
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE + benefits
Want to build a career in marketing where your success is measured by the sales you generate? This isn't a traditional influencer marketing role focused on content creation, brand campaigns, or social media management.
Instead, you'll play a key role in growing a high-performing influencer and affiliate programme that's designed to acquire new customers and generate measurable revenue. Working for one of Leeds' leading D2C ecommerce brands, you'll be responsible for identifying and recruiting micro-influencers who receive complimentary treatments and services in return for creating authentic content. Through a structured affiliate programme, these creators also earn commission for every successful referral, making this a highly commercial marketing role where performance really matters.
If you're commercially minded, enjoy building relationships, and love analysing what drives results, this is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career within a fast-growing ecommerce business.
The Role
As the Influencer & Affiliate Executive, you'll focus on identifying, recruiting, and developing high-quality influencer partnerships that deliver measurable commercial results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
