Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist

£35,000–£45,000 + bonus
London | Hybrid – 3 days in office

Our client is a globally recognised travel brand with over 50 years of heritage, specialising in curated group travel experiences for 18–35-year-olds. Following a major brand and product transformation, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth, with significant investment being made into its DTC marketing strategy.

A key part of this is building creator, influencer and affiliate partnerships into a major revenue-driving acquisition channel, reducing reliance on traditional paid media and creating a more scalable approach to customer acquisition.

They’re now looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Executive to play a key role in making that happen. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you’ll have genuine ownership across the channel – sourcing and recruiting creators and affiliates, managing partnerships end-to-end, executing campaigns, analysing commercial performance and helping build an always-on programme that directly contributes to bookings and revenue.

It’s an opportunity to join relatively early in the development of the channel, meaning you won’t simply inherit an established programme – you’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas, identify what works and help shape how creator-led growth is scaled across the business.

The Opportunity

  • Join a growing marketing team at an exciting stage of transformation
  • Help build and scale influencer, creator and affiliate partnerships
  • Work closely with the Marketing Lead and senior leadership team
  • Play a hands-on role across creator sourcing, outreach, partnerships and campaign execution
  • Develop experience across social commerce, paid amplification and creator-led acquisition
  • Directly contribute to bookings, revenue and wider DTC growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
