Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist

£35,000–£45,000 + bonus
London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Our client is a globally recognised travel brand specialising in curated group travel experiences for Gen Z's and Millennials. Following a major brand and product transformation, the business is investing heavily in creator-led growth and building influencer and affiliate partnerships into a major revenue-driving acquisition channel.

They’re now looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to play a key role in making that happen. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you’ll have genuine ownership across the channel – sourcing and recruiting creators and affiliates, managing partnerships end-to-end, executing campaigns, analysing commercial performance and helping build an always-on programme that directly contributes to bookings and revenue.

This is a commercially focused role, where success will be measured primarily against revenue, bookings and customer acquisition targets, rather than traditional brand awareness metrics.

The Opportunity

  • Join a newly evolving marketing team at an exciting stage of growth.
  • Help build and scale influencer, creator and affiliate partnerships into a measurable revenue-generating acquisition channel.
  • Take ownership of creator and affiliate activity, working towards commercial targets across bookings, revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Lead and senior leadership team.
  • Play a hands-on role across creator sourcing, outreach, commercial negotiations, partnerships and campaign execution.
  • Develop experience across social commerce, paid amplification and creator-led acquisition.
  • Help shape a performance-led approach to influencer marketing, where commercial results drive investment and decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Experience within DTC, ecommerce, travel, lifestyle, fashion, beauty or another consumer-led business would be advantageous.
  • Analytical and confident using revenue, CPA/CAC, ROAS and ROI to assess performance and inform decisions.
  • Experience with affiliate programmes, commission-based partnerships or social commerce would be beneficial.
  • Proactive, ambitious and excited by the opportunity to help build a channel rather than simply inherit an established programme.
