Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Executive
£35,000–£45,000 + bonus
London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Our client is a globally recognised travel brand with over 50 years of heritage, specialising in curated group travel experiences for 18–35-year-olds. Following a major brand and product transformation, the business is investing heavily in creator-led growth and building influencer and affiliate partnerships into a major revenue-driving acquisition channel.
The Opportunity
- Join a newly evolving marketing team at an exciting stage of growth
- Help build and scale influencer, creator and affiliate partnerships
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and senior leadership team
- Play a hands-on role across creator sourcing, outreach, partnerships and campaign execution
- Develop experience across social commerce, paid amplification and creator-led acquisition
- Directly contribute to bookings, revenue and wider DTC growth
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit and build relationships with creators, influencers and affiliate partners
- Manage creator outreach, onboarding, briefs, negotiations and campaign delivery
- Support the development of an always-on creator and affiliate programme
- Manage affiliate partnerships and help develop commercial and commission models
- Track creator and affiliate performance against commercial KPIs
- Analyse CPA, ROAS, bookings and revenue to identify opportunities for optimisation
- Work closely with paid media to amplify high-performing creator content
- Support creator whitelisting, UGC and social commerce initiatives
- Identify new creators, partners and opportunities to scale the channel
- Collaborate across the wider marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns

Your Profile
- 2+ years’ experience across influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing or a related growth role
- Hands-on experience working directly with creators, influencers or affiliate partners
- Commercially minded with an interest in performance and revenue, not just awareness and engagement
- Comfortable with creator sourcing, outreach, relationship management and campaign execution
- Experience within DTC, ecommerce, travel, lifestyle, fashion, beauty or another consumer-led business would be advantageous
- Analytical and comfortable working with performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS and revenue
- Proactive, ambitious and excited by the opportunity to help build a channel rather than simply inherit an established programme
- Genuine interest in travel and creator-led marketing
