Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + bonus
Location: West London – Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
Turn creators and partnerships into customers.
An established global travel brand is investing in the next phase of its DTC growth strategy, with influencers, creators and affiliate partnerships set to play an increasingly important role in driving customer acquisition and revenue.
This isn't a traditional influencer role focused solely on awareness, nor a traditional affiliate role centred purely around publishers and discount sites. The ambition is to build a modern Influencer & Affiliate channel that drives measurable bookings, customers and revenue.
You'll join a small, ambitious marketing team and have the opportunity to help shape and scale the channel, testing new creators, partnerships and commercial models to understand what genuinely drives growth.
The Opportunity
- Help build and scale the influencer, creator and affiliate programme.
- Identify and develop relationships with creators and partners capable of driving measurable bookings and revenue.
- Manage activity across influencer partnerships, affiliate relationships and emerging social commerce opportunities.
- Test different creators, partners, content formats and commercial models to understand what drives performance.
- Work closely with Paid Social and the wider marketing team to maximise the value of creator content.
- Help develop the processes and tracking required to create a scalable acquisition channel.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
