Location: Kentish Town (Embrace the office vibes – 4 days a week!)

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits

Your Mission

As Influencer & Brand Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for building and managing Wowcher's influencer, ambassador and brand partnership programme.

Working closely with the Brand, PR, Commercial and Sales teams, you'll create meaningful creator relationships, source high-quality content, develop partnership opportunities and help position Wowcher as the go-to destination where value meets adventure.

This role is focused on brand awareness, consideration, advocacy and content acquisition.

Your Tasks Include

Influencer & Creator Strategy

  • Develop and execute Wowcher’s influencer and creator strategy.
  • Build relationships with creators across: Travel, Beauty, Wellness, Food & Drink, Lifestyle, Experiences, Home & Electronics.
  • Identify creators who align with the Wowcher brand and audience.
  • Negotiate influencer partnerships and content agreements.
  • Manage campaign performance and optimise creator investment.
  • Build an always-on creator programme that delivers awareness and content throughout the year.

Ambassador Programme Management

  • Own and develop Wowcher's brand ambassador programme.
  • Recruit and onboard new ambassadors.
  • Develop and manage ambassador communications.
  • Build a tiered ambassador programme.
  • Activate ambassadors across campaigns and seasonal moments.
  • Create reward, recognition and retention initiatives.
  • Identify regional advocates to support local activity and campaigns.

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to unlock the marketing potential of merchant relationships.
  • Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities.
  • Create partnership-led campaigns and promotional moments.
  • Secure added-value support, including: Product gifting, Experience hosting, Audience amplification, Content opportunities, Influencer access.
  • Build annual partnership plans aligned to brand objectives.
  • Develop new strategic brand relationships beyond Wowcher's existing merchant network.

Influencer Events & Activations

  • Own influencer-focused events designed to generate awareness and content.
  • Plan and coordinate creator experiences and influencer attendance.
  • Support campaign launch events from an influencer perspective.
  • Build annual creator activation plans around key trading moments.
  • Ensure all influencer activity generates high-quality content opportunities.
  • Strengthen creator and ambassador relationships through exclusive experiences.

Content Acquisition

  • Build a scalable creator-led content engine.
  • Source and manage creator-generated content.
  • Build and maintain a content library for marketing teams.
  • Work with merchants and partners to create content opportunities.
  • Manage content rights, permissions and usage agreements.
  • Ensure fresh, relevant content is available across the year.
