Capsule Communications is seeking an Influencer and Community Manager to join our marketing and advertising team. You will develop influencer campaigns and build engaged online communities for clients across the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and aesthetics sectors.
You will work with marketing, content, and creative colleagues to identify suitable influencers, deliver campaigns, and strengthen connections between our clients and their audiences. We’re looking for someone who combines creative storytelling with sound judgment, strong relationship-building skills, and an ability to use results to improve future work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver influencer marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with each client’s goals and values.
- Plan and deliver community engagement across relevant social media platforms.
- Respond to community inquiries and guide online discussions in a professional, constructive way.
- Work with marketing, content, and creative teams to keep campaigns aligned with wider client strategies.
- Organise virtual and in-person events that strengthen community relationships.
- Monitor campaign and community performance, report on results, and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed about social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.

Requirements
- Experience in influencer marketing, community management, or a related marketing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer partnerships, and community management tools.
- Ability to interpret performance data and use it to improve campaigns.
- Creativity, sound problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage several projects and deadlines.
- An interest in building authentic relationships with online communities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
