The Role
We're looking for a proactive, organised, and highly motivated Influencer and creator marketing assistant to help scale our creator partnerships and user-generated content efforts across ripple⁺ and Droplet.
This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and building relationships with TikTok creators who align with our brands, products, and audience. You'll be responsible for sourcing creators, executing high-volume outreach, managing conversations, and helping turn creator relationships into impactful content partnerships.
You'll work closely with the Performance Content Manager, Creative Team, and Co-founders to ensure creator collaborations support both brand growth and commercial performance. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role ideal for someone who understands TikTok culture, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on organisation and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant TikTok creators aligned with ripple⁺ and Droplet target audiences, aesthetics, and brand values
- Execute daily outbound creator outreach via DMs, email, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential creators across multiple niches including wellness, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and entertainment
- Manage creator conversations from initial outreach through to collaboration confirmation
- Coordinate product gifting campaigns, including creator selection, shipping requests, follow-ups, and content tracking
- Maintain creator databases, ensuring all outreach activity, responses, and partnership details are accurately recorded
- Monitor creator content and engagement to identify high-performing partnership opportunities
- Identify creators with strong performance potential for long-term partnerships and ambassador programmes
- Track outreach performance metrics including response rates, conversion rates, creator output, engagement, and content quality
- Support the sourcing of creators for paid partnerships, affiliate campaigns, and UGC production
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, creator movements, viral formats, and platform updates to continuously improve outreach strategy

What we're looking for
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalise outreach and build genuine creator relationships
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong understanding of TikTok, creator culture, and current content trends
- Comfortable managing large volumes of outreach and multiple ongoing conversations simultaneously
- Confident using spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify high-potential creators based on content quality and engagement metrics
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Resilient and persistent, with a positive attitude toward outreach and relationship-building
- Passionate about wellness, lifestyle, consumer brands, and social media
