Are you brilliant at building relationships and excited by the opportunity to grow a channel, not just manage it?
Our client is a fast-growing, community-led beauty brand looking for an Influencer & Partnerships Manager to take their creator, community and partnerships activity to the next level. This is a highly relationship-led role with real scope to shape how they show up through creators, partnerships, events and community — across their core brand and their exciting, emerging line.

- Building genuine, long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, customers, hairdressers and industry professionals
- Identifying and developing high-impact partnerships with macro influencers, celebrity talent, ambassadors and like-minded brands
- Developing creative marketing initiatives with adjacent professional community, from ambassador programmes to education, events and content
- Planning and delivering influencer, press and community events, launches, creator experiences and brand activations
- Leading influencer campaigns and gifting around launches, seasonal moments and wider brand campaigns
- Working closely with Social, Marketing, Creative, PR and Paid teams to maximise creator content and partnership opportunities
- Owning influencer and partnership budgets, negotiating fees and deliverables, and ensuring plans deliver value and impact

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
