Influencer & Partnerships | Full-time | Beauty & Personal Care
The role
Futures are looking for an Influencer & Partnerships Manager who is brilliant at building relationships and excited by the opportunity to grow a channel, rather than simply manage it, to join our client within the beauty and personal care industry.
You will be responsible for growing and strengthening their community of creators, customers and brand advocates, from emerging creators through to macro influencers, celebrity talent and long term ambassadors.
What you’ll be doing
- Identifying and developing high impact partnerships with macro influencers, celebrity talent, leading hairdressers, ambassadors and like minded brands.
- Developing creative marketing initiatives with the salon and professional community, including ambassador programmes, education, events and content.
- Planning and delivering influencer, press and community events, product launches, creator experiences and brand activations that generate genuine buzz and engaging content.
- Leading influencer campaigns and gifting activity around product launches, seasonal moments and wider brand campaigns.
- Working closely with the Social, Marketing, Creative, PR and Paid Media teams to maximise creator content and partnership opportunities across the business.
- Managing influencer and partnership budgets, confidently negotiating fees and deliverables, and ensuring plans are delivered within budget while maximising value and impact.
- Staying close to creator culture and proactively introducing new talent, ideas, partnerships and opportunities to the team.
- Tracking performance and using insights to understand what works, what should be scaled and where the business should invest next.
- Growing the reach, impact and commercial contribution of influencer marketing, community engagement and partnerships as a channel for the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
