Influencer & Talent Partnerships Manager

The Role

We're looking for a commercially minded, relationship-first Influencer & Talent Partnerships Manager to lead DCYPHER's creator and talent relationships.

Working alongside the Head of Influencer & Affiliates, this role will focus on identifying, nurturing and growing long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies, makeup artists and strategic partners who can build awareness, drive advocacy and deliver commercial growth.

You'll be responsible for negotiating partnerships, identifying brand ambassadors, developing creator programmes and ensuring DCYPHER becomes one of the most sought-after beauty brands to work with.

This is an externally facing role for someone who loves networking, spotting talent before anyone else, negotiating win-win partnerships and turning creators into genuine brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Talent & Creator Partnerships

  • Own relationships with DCYPHER's key creators and talent.
  • Identify, recruit and develop long-term brand ambassadors.
  • Build relationships with talent managers and influencer agencies.
  • Attend industry events to identify emerging talent and strengthen relationships.
  • Develop creator partnership strategies that deliver both brand awareness and commercial return.

Commercial Partnerships

  • Identify partnership opportunities that drive growth.
  • Negotiate creator partnerships, ambassador contracts and commercial collaborations.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to secure high-impact creator campaigns.
  • Develop exclusive partnerships around launches, retail activations and events.
  • Build relationships with makeup artists, celebrities, media and key opinion leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
